A new approach to improve your memory & support cognition
Neula helps adults experiencing mild memory or cognitive declines improve with the latest, evidence-based brain stimulation technology.
Brain stimulation is a new way to directly support memory & cognition
Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS)
We use transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), a non-invasive treatment that uses magnetic pulses to stimulate the electrical firing of brain circuits involved in memory, focus, and thinking. Our neuropsychiatrist will personalize which brain circuit we target based on your symptoms.
Non-invasive, medication free, pain free
You'll be comfortably seated while a trained specialist places the device on your head to stimulate. Most people feel a light tapping sensation on their scalp or hear a clicking noise as the stimulations happens.
Track record of safety and use
TMS has been FDA-cleared and actively used for Depression since 2008 and is now showing promise for cognitive support. The most common side effect is a mild headache; serious side effects are extremely rare (<0.1%).
How it works
STEP 1
Screening & target
We'll understand the current state of your memory and cognition and work with you to determine the optimal brain target to stimulate.
STEP 2
Treatment day at our clinic
You'll spend several hours at our clinic, receiving stimulations by our trained specialist and taking breaks. You'll go home after. For some, more than one day of treatment may be more beneficial.
STEP 3
Results
We'll check-in with you after treatment to see your immediate results, and again a week after, as sometimes it takes a few days for the effects to be felt.
STEP 4
Ongoing monitoring & maintenance
We'll do periodic check-ins and assessments to track your results. We'll recommend when a re-treatment or maintenance course could be helpful, usually every 3-6 months.
Results lasting up to 6 months, backed by research
Recent clinical trials and meta-analyses confirm Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) can help improve memory and stabilize cognitive decline over months.

What does this mean for you or your loved one? It suggests that TMS can give you more time with better memory and temporarily slow decline. While not a cure, TMS offers a new, evidence-backed approach to enhance daily functioning in the short term.
Stabilize cognitive decline over 6 months
Controlled trial showed “almost no decline” in cognition in the TMS group compared to the control over 6 months.
Improve memory over 3 months
Controlled trial shows 50% of participants seeing a 75% improvement in memory scores, with results lasting through the 10 week mark.
Improve overall cognition & daily life
Meta-analyses show that over 90% of studies on TMS for Mild Cognitive Impairment and Alzheimer's Disease show significant improvements in overall cognition.

What adults experiencing mild memory and cognitive decline are saying

I recognize the difference in my abilities, and my work is starting to show that. That’s troubling to me. I’ve tried supplements, brain games, and all the things they recommend, but I want something more —something that actually helps.

Jim, 60

I don’t want to take a bunch of medications with side effects—I’d rather find something that works with my brain naturally. If a device could help boost my thinking, keep me from getting worse, and not make me feel tired, I want to try it.

Natalie, 62

I was an incredibly sharp, organized person. Now I forget why my alarm went off. It’s frustrating. I don’t want to accept this as my new normal. I’ve tried brain exercises, but they don’t help. If there’s something non-invasive that could actually support my memory, I'm open to it.

Clara, 57
